Will occasionaly stall and then start right up or not start for a few minutes after stalling. I noticed I had a bad ground wire by the back of engine and bad battery cable ends, fixed all that and had my fuel pump tested and it checked out ok. Since I had the battery disconnected and the codes were cleared it ran fine for a week with no problems whatsoever and now the problems are coming back.

Pulled codes KOEO

I had the DIS module checked and it tested ok.

Where should I begin on the process of elimination of replacing parts to fix this. I have about had it with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What should i replace first?

id check with the local ford dealership and find out exactly wat the codes are and start from there sorry thats all i got

No need for that......

You have an intermittent DIS module and an EGR fault (either clogged ports or a faulty DPFE sensor or, far more likely, both).

See the tip in my siganture.

What he said...

Smells like it's time for a timing belt service, crank sensor and water pump. Maybe even a couple of seals. Then clean out the intake and put on a new DPFE sensor.

Coming to Atlanta any time soon? You can stop in and see the new shop. We are right by Six Flags....no kidding. I can hear people screaming from my driveway.

Pulled egr and cleaned, found a pinched wire by the coil, #3 coil wire not snapped on all the way, cleaned all connections to all sensors I could find on the topside. I cleared the codes and took it for a long drive for almost an hour and it has alot more power than when i got it 2 months ago and never stalled once. i ran it real hard 3-4 times and it has a ton more power than ever before. Will recheck codes after a day of driving.
