Squeaky power sterring

I have had this problem since i bought the car like 2yrs ago. When i first start up the car in the morning and start driving my power sterring moans. It also happens when i make alot of turns quickly. Just wondering what it could be.

It could be air in the system, a bad rack, or a bad pump.

I'd try a flush and purge first before tring a rack or pump. They're both real big jobs.
