Ever since ive owned my 95 ATX ive had an intermittent problem with the engine misfiring and kicking. When the kicking is at its worst the CE light comes on but then will go off randomly. I've replaced the O2 sensors, reduced the effect but did not eliminate kicking, and put in new spark plugs and wires. But the problem persists. I ran the KOER and KOEO tests, the KOEO revealed no codes but the KOER test showed an error code of 632. I ran the test several times but received the same code every time. I also ran the individual cylinder test after the goose test with no problems. I've seen other members showing the same code and it pertaining to a transmission sensor. This doesnt seem to me to be connected to my misfiring issues but was wondering if anyone has any advice. Thought possibly something is causing the O2 sensors to burn out, too rich maybe? HELP PLEASE! Thanks!

632 is the TCS (transmission control switch) located on your shifter. Probably didn't hit it on the test. But that is what the code is. BTW Pin 41 is the TCS pin to check voltage and what have you.

I have a really cool troubleshooting checklist type deal from Ford. I will post it in the ATX thread and post a link here after I get it scanned :thumb:
