I found the H&R springs on Tire Rack and think I am going to get a set. I do feel the car needs to come down some. I all so looked and seen where Eibach is working on a set. The H&R are $231.00 plus shipping no prise on the Eibach"s.

I just ordered them it was a total of $251.00 not bad.

Hey Bob! I read the reviews on the Tire Rack and one of the recommended the H&R springs over the Eibachs. I intend on doing H&R springs also. Are you going to put them on yourself? I'll be waiting with bated breath to see the pictures. The only other thing I'm thinking of doing is a catback. I'm waiting for what Borla comes out with. The Corsa one is way too pricey. And then, there's always Kirk's.

Yeah, I saw them... Darrel's SHO looks really good lowered. That's the way it should be! I'd just like to see some bigger pictures. Darrel did a good job taking the picture in front of a wall so that there's no visual distractions though.

Yeah I paid the same. Got them at tire rack as well. Had to pay a little more for shipping but still pretty cheap. You'll like them I think. I love mine!

Good luck Bob and let me know how many knuckles are bleeding when you get done ;) I'll be waiting for some pictures! I'm going to wait until it gets nice and warm here.

I started changing the springs tonight. I got the front ones out so I can get then over to the tire shop to put the new front springs on the struts. Takes some doing to get them off. Well keep you all up dated.

I need a little help. I took the front struts out and put one side back in and when I got ready to do the other side I noticed a arrow on top of the strut mount. I am not sure which way it goes. It can only go either pointing inboard or outboard. Anyone know.

Hey Bob... is it something that I can look on mine and see if from the top? I didn't go out and look.

If you can get your hand up under the strut tower from the under side and you can feel for the notch from the bottom side. But I still have my tires off.

I think I found out , the arrow points outboard.

I don't know so don't trust me but I'd guess outward. Think about it.. if it was to face inward how pointless would that be? They could make the mark on the outside so you could just see it. I hope you figure it out I wanna see this beast lowered :):swing:

Hope things work out for ya Bob... I can't really see much without jacking up the car and taking off the wheel.
