SPOUT Connector

Anybody ever hear of it? Talking with Joe from SP Motorsports, and his boss said to try disconnecting this connector to help pass the NOx in emissions test. He said that it was an electrical connector.

Yeah, it's a shorting plug in the wiring harness right next to the CID sensor. If you remove it, the engine defaults to its base 10 degree BTDC timing. Little gray thing about the size of a Starburst (sort of).
