i was driving easy today and decide to get on her a little. At a stop sign go into 1st run to bout 6k then second to bout 5k then the car just started shaking as i was shifting to 3rd. When i was in 3rd there was more shaking and no power it was shaking like the rod shifter came loose along with a motor mount. If i let it go under 2k it will miss and chugg like its about to die then eventually does die but as long as i keep it above 2k its fine its stumped me i still have to pull codes and check grounds make sure nothing is lose. Im not sure what might of happen tach still works and just did front 60k, clutch, and rear main. It sounds to me like cps almost or maybe the timing belt jumped a tooth. its not knocking so i don't think i have spun a rod even tho its a major thing on my list 177,000 and probably original bearings. I dont know what to do any help would be appreciated!!!!

Bosch plugs didn't last long in my 3.0, it was always one problem after another with them. I stuck to the Motorcraft or NGK plugs with Accel 300+ Race Wires.

Motorcraft are the cheapest plugs and the best plugs. Put them back in. You will see if there is oil in the plug wells when you do the plugs. Wait until it is pitch black outside and get it running. There is usually a light show when the wires are done. If you just did the front 60 and your tensioner was OK, your belt didn't jump a tooth.

Depends what you want to spend. You could go the Durlast route from Autozone or jump to the Accel 300+ Race wires which are a little expensive. i think they Run $15 a wire. Duralast wires have a Lifetime Warranty on them unlike the Accel.

well we tried the plugs and wires today and at first it was the same but then got a lil bit better and actually idled again kinda but its not the plugs and wires so its on to a different theory any other ideas? the runner closest to the left is hot as **** 2 mins after you start the car its almost as if exuast is going into the intake instead of the exuast we think maybe something screwed up on that rear cam not sure any ideas?

P.S. this is my only car i have a truck but i think id rather drive the sho the way its runing then the truck the way its running... i currently have borrowed my friends saturn but im sure he'll need that back shortly

That's right, must be Heather I'm thinking of then. Makes sense that yall aren't as far away as Winchester since you come in town to CAP.
