the plastic on my cluster is all stained and faded and the speedometer needle shakes when it moves. and i recently got a cluster out of a SHO at the junkyard with less miles however. would it be possible to change the milage to what mine actually is. i know you cant tamper with it because its against the law. but are you allowed to move it to your actual miles and if so how would you do it?
