Speedometer

I have a 95' with a broken speedometer. It bounces all over the place when Im driving. Do I need to get a new one? If so where would I go about getting it?

Have you tried changing the cable?

you can also coat the cable with stp or lucas oil stabilizer and it will stop the bouncing
