The few times that I got the car up to the speed in question (+110) it felt as if the car began to decel. But you're saying that you were radared at least at 150 (per posts above)? Other mods at play apparently.

Ok, thanks for the replies. I'll let this thread fade back into the archives, until the next wipper snapper revives it!

151 back in 1999, maybe 2000, I do not remember for sure. Pretty cool fall day and not far off sea level, flat smooth track surface. If yours is running out of steam at 110, something is wrong. Aside from cold air intake and a K&N air filter, mine is unmodified from the standpoint of the power train. I think Paul had an under drive pulley, but am not positive, plus he would have had his chip with his own programming, but I am pretty sure he will tell you though he can improve general drive-ability with the chip, there are not a lot of performance gains to be had. The car should pull strongly to 140+ as long as it is running properly.
