The headrest and back slip on and velcro shut. The seat cover has two belts that go from front to back and one that goes from side to side. Very easy to install - about 5 minutes a seat.

one more questions... how hard are they to install -- whats all involved in the installation? do they just slip on. -- or do you remove stuff? thanks.

It took me and a friend a good few hours to install them. It was hard removing everything but putting it back together was the worse. This was becuase the screws that affect the indglo (cause it to pop or other things) hold in the plastic cover as well so there is a lot of adjustment. I think it is worth it. You will have face guages that no one will have though shotx came close to mine.
