spark plug wires?

I have just recently noticed that my engine bogs on Full Throttle, my understanding is that it's probably the wire's and plugs, my Question is how hard is it to change the wires, What do I need to do? Does the manifold have to come off? And what’s the estimated time to complete the job? Please help, I love my sho, I just love it better when it's running up to Par! burn_out Thanks.

Nothing hard about it. Just do one wire at a time so as not to get confused by the bad diagram in Chilton. I took the intake off just for drill and the wires were just that much easier to do. It can be done the other way but like most shortcuts I've taken it takes longer.

Bogging under full throttle sounds more like a fuel issue than a spark problem. A misfire will usually be apparent under light throttle also. A loss of power under heavy throttle is an indication of restricted fuel flow. This can be due to a weak fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, clogged injectors or failed fuel pressure regulator. Check the easy things first. How long has the fuel filter been on there?

The fuel filter was changed in Oct. but I can hear winning coming from the gas tank, I just didn't know how loud the Fuel Pump should be, are you supposed to be able to hear it when you turn the key on? How hard is it going to be for me to replace, and do would a bigger fuel pump be better than the original one? I don't plan on doing any major mods to my car so does the original pump do the job good enough or should I up grade any ways?

Fuel pumps always whine because they are a high speed, positive displacement pump. Some whine louder than others. I am not saying it is definitely you fuel pump. It could also be a restriction in the exhaust. You should do more investigation into the the loss of power at WOT.
