make scene as this is always in the part throttle and I did see in my first log on e30 that GH does bring in the boost fast hand ******* the lower rpm but dropped it down lower than I would have thought in the back end.
I need to finish with gh before re loading my e30 for Brad as I had just put in hot pipes and before the log showed a boost leak. With the mount has anybody tried using the factory back mount to see if this will clean up the random KR and still leave the shifts a bit firmer?
Some people don't run the front one, but really that's just masking the issue. I can guess if it works though it works.

Ideally you would upgrade the rear and keep the stock front or remove the front altogether if having knock issues.

Did a bit of springtime maintaince. Oil change, replaced paper air filter with K&N drop in, trans drain and fill then the rear diff fluid. Still waiting on my Redline shock proof to come in for ptu, but changed that in november so it shouldn't be too bad.

Didnt take pics but the royal purple gear oil in the rear diff from last year didnt look too great. Replaced it with some Lucas that was in stock.
Trans fluid looked pretty good. Ended up doing 2 drain and fills, separated by a nice 20 min joy ride. Was a beautiful day and i had nothing but time and now some peace of mind.

Gave it good wash on Sunday, didn't go out yesterday, battery was dead this morning... it seems to happen every time I wash the car . Took the Pathy to work, will check when I get home this afternoon, not even sure how old is that battery.

Finally got new tires yesterday. The old ones had certainly outlived their usefulness.
Went with the Continental DWS 06's at 255/45r20. It is a night and day difference. Big fan of these tires.

Damn tune
Ok, you got my attention, do you think the tune is causing this?
The battery I have is a Motorcraft Toughmax 850, made in 11/14 so its 65 months old. I am also having random one-off issues like frozen infotainment screen, yesterday my speedometer froze at 110 km/hr and then came down to 20 with the car stopped, all back to normal after a re-start... so I am pretty convinced the battery needs replacing.

I'm the kind of person who takes on projects sometimes just because I need things to do. Not necessarily practical things.. I write code all day, so I need projects to do with my hands. I admit this project is ridiculous.

This is under the car, on the passenger side. These LEDs tucked in here perfectly. This was pretty cheap (around $120), easy enough, and fulfilled my dreams from being a teenager in the '90s.
SHO2 LEDs 0

Put some LEDs in the grilles too.
SHO2 LEDs 1
The LEDs are bluetooth controlled, color-change, strobe, etc.

I wired an illuminated push-button switch to the dash to turn on / off. So far I'm happy with how this came out.

replace it! I haven't had one make it 4 years let alone 6!
Yeah, I'm searching for local options. Wondering if any dealer would give me a pro-rated credit on this battery since I have no idea where it was purchased.
I've had Kirkland's last 6-7 years but yes, 4-5 is about it.

Talked or emailed?
Don't think anyone has ever talked to the real Brad.
Haha, that is what I was thinking....

I know for a fact that if you actually speak to him on the phone, he makes you swear to secrecy.
