Bought the 1st part of my custom exhaust set up!
Replacing the center resonator and 3rd cat with this muffler/x-pipe combo, getting custom mandrel bent 2.5"piping, and replacing the rear mufflers with the aero ar25's with some 4" (or hopefully 5") tips!

Being that I'm upsizing the piping diameter, I think I'm going to wait until I get the two ar25's at least. I think it'd be weird and probably cost a little extra to do it on stages, especially since I'm starting from the middle (stock downpipes are staying for now). I think the factory piping is 2" or 2.25" so for it to increase to 2.5"and then go back down... I just don't see a need. You have to post a video ASAP!
I also have the AR25 rear mufflers and I've been wanting to make it louder but unsure what would give the car a nice loud sound without being to raspy or having a ton of drone.
Your plan sounds pretty good so I'll be "patiently" waiting.

So I got some quotes on the custom mandrel bent exhaust and it's a little more than I thought it'd be. $700 if I supplied the muffler, resonators, and tips or $1000 supplying only the muffler. I'm considering these "resonated" tips instead of the AR25's. They're 2.5" inlet and 4.5" outlet tips from ARK Performance. That should shave another ~$100 off the total. I'm going to check a few more custom shops before I make my decision.

Long time reader, 1st time poster

While technically not a "SHO", my cop model 3.5l Ecoboost turbo is close, and while not today, this is what I did to it on July 5th...

Tree fell on my car while I was doing 70mph on the highway - It hit just about where the hood and windshield meet. No airbags, Insurance company is going to fix it. About 12k in damage.

The only problem I have had with my WeatherTechs is the label coming off
