So far coldest Temps were 30s but cranking was extended and idle was semi rough for about 1minute. Swapped to 93 tune and felt like someone stole my turbos. Lol huge drop in throttle response and low end torque.

Tried changing out the headlight bulbs but couldn't get my hands down in there so I had to undo the top half of the bumper to pull the headlights out. Also dumped out my UPR catch can and only had a little bit of oil in there and I don't remember how many miles its been since I installed the catch can.Fff4f4e310a123639ff308143db0e55491a3eaabb5b45e82632d96cd6d6279e0

Here's a lesson learned. I pulled the cover and headlights on mine for some better HID bulbs, 3 weeks later the little bastard amber light went out. Repeat. Note to self, when the headlights are out don't be cheap and spend the 4 bucks for the other bulbs.

I've had that happen on a previous car of mine, I replaced all the lights with LED bulbs.

Been there done that, on my Honda.

Here's a question...why is the simple act of changing a ******** insufferable ******* light bulb so miserable?

Looking at YOU, engineers.

Not trying to be a party pooper but stacking up heat exchangers reduces their effectiveness as the ones at the back are not getting fresh air anymore. This is why some factory transmission coolers are located in the wheel well.
I understand what you are trying to do with very limited space (and it looks great !) and I'm not saying it won't work. Just make sure you monitor your engine temps carefully once you get it going as the radiator is the one positioned last, more when stuck in traffic in a hot Summer day.
You plan to have:
1. Intercooler
2. AC condenser
3, Transmission and PTU/engine oil?
4. Radiator
Right?

Love the attention to detail and craftmanship of those brackets and supports.

I eliminated the stock intercooler and the stock AC condenser/Transom cooler.
My theory is it should get airflow with side gaps inbetween the coolers. I do have a temperature gauge for the transmission and oil..

From back to front:
1) Radiator- Back
2) AC condenser- Left side
3) Oil cooler- Right side
4) transmission cooler- Lower Center
5) intercooler- upper Center

Installed the Winter tires (looks like a Chrysler 300 with those rims :(), lubed caliper pins and pad shims and finally adjusted the tie rods a bit to perfectly center the steering wheel, it was driving me nuts since last time I had it aligned.

So about a year ago I posted on here (somewhere) that I noticed I never got boost in 1st and 2nd gear unless I was at WOT. It was a noticeable power loss. As it warmed up, the problem went away and so I quit looking for a fix.

Well, now it's in the 30's every morning and I've noticed it again. The only difference is now I have exhaust cut-outs. Well yesterday, when I was opening the garage I accidentally hit the one that opens my cut-outs. "Eh, I need to open them occassionally to keep them from building up." The ride to work was literally night and day. At 2,500 RPMs (normal to moderate acceleration) it would easily build a few pounds of boost in 1st and 2nd gear. It's that feeling after you've just installed a mod and all you want to do is play around with it. Again, this morning I opened the cut-outs and my car simply wants to drive faster.

In warm weather, the exhaust cut-outs seem to reduce (or definitely not increase) my power, but obviously the reduced back pressure in cold weather is helping right now. I'm just wondering if you guys know of anything that I should be servicing/checking that could be causing this increased back pressure during cold weather? Or do you guys notice the same thing?

Back pressure is not a thing in boosted applications. Ideally, you want to get that exhaust out as quick as possible. If anything, restrictions can reduce performance. Its one of the reasons why going catless is such a large improvement, moreso than in NA applications..

So, the cold weather correlating to back pressure is likely not your issue. The cold air is more dense so you're getting more ohhhh-twooooos!
