If my SHO with all the upgrades doesn't break 400 hp and click off a 12.20 in Oct...........

It will force my hand. I have tried to reason with it and be nice.

The conversation this morning at 430 am. "Please do what you are suppose to. Please don't force my hand and make me put a stand alone wet kit on you. Please don't mess with me, because I am a stupid."

Dude.....

Just yesterday I got my windshield replaced by Safelite in my ST. It had cracks and was pitted. Tech finished the job (mobile done at my work). I walk out four hours later. I get on the car (it is a 113 degrees out) and start the car. Turn the AC on full blast and wham....the dash literally starts vibrating to the point I can't have conversation on the phone.

The vibration gets worse the faster the blower motor spins. Needless to say, I get annoyed and ended up pulling the under side of the dash apart. Pull the whole glove compartment out, and finally get access to the blower motor.

There was a large piece of $%^*ing paper towel, that had made a home in the blades of the blower motor. I figure when the tech didn't put together the outside cowl, and cleaned the windshield and dropped the paper towel in there. Then I started the car and turned on the AC, wham it was sucked down into the fan. When it would come up to speed it would unbalance the blower motor, and the harmonics and vibrations would resonate through the dash. Grrr.....

So I rigged up a long screwdriver with some two sided tape and fished the damn thing out. Blower is happy now, but my time was wasted and Safelite will be getting a call.

The last windshield they did for me only leaked on 2 corners at the first car wash. And then they got to pull it and put it in will the correct amount of sealant the second time for free!

"M" is in the process of finishing a max effort E30 tune since I added the DP's. Also an Extreme Dimensions chin spoiler was purchased for her as well. 802SHO is producing a splitter that will be fastened to the chin spoiler. I will have to remove the front clip, and fasten everything together. While I am in there I am upgrading the trans cooler. Should look pretty damn sinister when it is all said and done.

The Go Cart (The ST) will be getting new strut bearings this weekend, and while I am there, I might as well install the Megan Racing Catless DP that was dropped off today for it....Hooray! The Go Cart should be even more rowdy to drive now lol.

All the parts arrived for the ST. I will tear it apart tomorrow morning. I am really impressed with the Megan Racing Downpipe. If it fits like it is made, then it is a complete steal of a price for an upgrade. $174 shipped to my house, arrived 2nd day shipping.

Thank you!

A few questions. You mentioned in the thread that the chin spoiler will fit on a 13+. That is only with custom fabricated brackets though correct? Its not a plug and play like the 10-12.

Also, registration is disabled for ecoboostforum? I wouldn't mind sending him a message showing interest but its not letting me register an account on there.

I know there are some modifications but it cant be that hard. I will do a write up when I do mine.

So winter maintance commenced today.

New oil and motor mount for the ST. Finally got rid of the damn clunk in the front end. Needed a new motor mount after 6 months of replacing different parts.

Why people want to argue why a catch can isnt a must is beyond me.......this comes out of SHO every 3k miles. Without a CC that is what gets baked to your valves.

Also people want to know about the heat that is generated from the DP's. My black wrap is turning white....

Also...my SHO over achieved today with the trans fluid 5 in and 5 out swap. It dropped 7 quarts....so back to the parts store.

New oil in both cars, new trans fluid in the SHO. I will change the plugs soon as well.

I did my oil today as well. I need to do my PTU but am debating trying to do it myself or take it in. My b2b ends Oct. 31st so it might make sense to let Ford do it and check for other issues while the car is on the lift. Noticed a little seepage where the transmission meets the engine(main seal). Might be considered normal.

I personally would change it. Throw some Redline Light Shock Proof Fluid in it and your car will change. It will be smoother honestly.

There are a couple write ups on page one of this thread to guide you.
