Could it be the starter if the car is cranking over but not starting. It cranks over but very slowly, and it seems like the battery is low on juice but its hooked up to another car with jumper cables. The car will not start at all, and it does have spark.

It could be the starter, but it might crank slowly even with a jump. Try swapping in a good battery and see what happens.

Check all your connections, if they are all good then I would say it's probably your starter. Not real hard to change, do a search on it and you should be all set.
