Matt emailed that it's suppose to be the right one. But it does not want to go into the bracket because it is way longer than the original. I hesitate to bend the bracket and force it. It is not the same pump SHOsource shows on their web site; something has changed.
Anybody have a picture that shows this pump installed in the bracket?
Get on the horn with Walbro.
FWIW, mine looked different than the stock one as well, but it works just fine.
Walbro wont know whats going on since this is not one of their applications.
He needs to contact SHOSource like he did so we can help him.

Golly gee...why not just send out the right pump?
You got pwned.![]()
SHOsource sells these pumps as performance upgrades... Not direct replacements.
If you bought lowering springs would you call the manufacturer to tell them that they are shorter than your OEM springs?
Some while back when I installed my 155 I too had the same issue, And even though I knew removing the fuel pump dampner would probably not cause any issues I called around and asked a few local guys... Nobody had a definete answer, but somebody had Matts number and he was happy to explain what what I needed to do.
With a car with such limited aftermarket we need to make do with what we can get.
They should. It is in their interest not to have to deal with after sales support when they can avoid it. And if their picture shows the stock pump and not the one they sell then they need to fix that. There is a need to "make due" for an upgrade as stated for just about everything on this car. I don't believe SHOSource is at fault for you not knowing that a 155 pump is higher flowing and therefore not direct replacement...just saying.
And the last sentence in the description doesn't jive with the quote above:Don't go for a stock one, go for a Walbro which is a very good reliable pump and can handle any mods you throw at your SHO.
The fuel pumps have a 1yr manufacturer warranty but they will have to be sent in for testing due to a high amount of returns.

I ordered a 155LPH walbro from SHOsource and installed it no problems, no bending, no forcing what-so-ever. I didn't even need borrow any **** from Bab.
