I accidentally posted this in the GenIII forum....anyone?? Bueller, Bueller?

I've been trying to get ahold of the SS to order a set of these, but keep getting their answering machine. Frankly, I wanted to order them from SHO Nut, but they are no longer a SS distributor. Does anyone have another way to reach them (I was using the number on their website) or know of another SS distributor?

TIA,

Kurt

FOR SHO:
Best way to reach them is to drive there and knock on their door.
Uh, ok. Easy if you live in CA. Hard if you live in Indiana. Wanna go get me a set of them? :)

I've had the exact same problem, I have called them numerous times over the last few weeks durring business hours and get no answer at all.

I really need new coupler hoses because mine have become brittle and cracked. I've been looking into silicone hose in bulk by the foot from a few different websites.

The secondary couplers need to be 1-11/16" ID, but all I can seem to find is 1-5/8 or 1-3/4. I figure the 1-5/8 will stretch (hopefully) the extra mm or so. A foot of it willl do all six couplers.

The EQ runner couplers need to be 2-1/8" ID and the front plenum coupler 2-1/4".

There are many sites out there that sell reinforced silicone hose that is also good for turbo intake plumbing applications and it comes in many colors like red, blue or yellow.

Its not too expensive, anywhere from $12 to $25 a foot. Just do a google search for "silicone hose" and browse through all the hits.

I would still gladly pay the $99 and not have to screw around with fitting and cutting.

6 hours is better than 22 hours.

btw Kurt...im from Indy, now livin it up in TX....hows the weather up there ?

its been discussed before about making your own couplings, but for the cost itd take to make them, you might as well spend a little extra and get em from a vendor who sells them, and ships them, and all the good stuff that goes along with running a business and customer relations...

Leave a message Kurt, Vadim will return your call within a week or so usually. They're transferring resources big time over to Evosport (Tom G informed me last week via email that he's officially no longer part of SHO Shop - he's over at Evo). I've also been told that they're reorganizing the place to clean it up more toward the Evo bigger $ customers (naturally & understandably).

According to Tom approx. 8 weeks ago, they had "tons" of the silicone runner seal sets in stock. I have 2 sets now, one for a customer, one for myself. I don't need mine for a while (still need to get my BBBs built). If you're in a hurry, order up a set from them, have them shipped to me, and I can ship you out a set tomorrow via UPS (ground, 1-day, 2-day, whatever).

Let me know, email or cell phone (# on the website).
