i talked to the guy today and thats what he said they are linear springs from SHOSHOP....jedhead said:I don't recall the SHO Shop selling springs with OEM ride height. SHO Shop sold linear springs (hand wound lowering springs), eibach and later Intrax.

thanks for your inputstrings1732 said:Ride height - unknown. There were so many different sets with too many variations in the build. I can tell you this though, I have a used set that are probably pretty similar to your set and my sho was lowered about 1.5 - 3.0inches in the front and probably 1.0 - 2.0 in the rear. My car sits low but then again the stock springs were so saggy that I'm kind of guessing on how much it was lowered from stock ride height. From what it was with the saggy springs I dropped about 1.5 inches in the front and about an inch in the rear. My friends car with intrax sits higher than mine. A friend with one coil cut in the front on intrax sits about the same height both front and rear, give or take a half an inch.
Firmness - Stiff. Not bone jarringly stiff, but stiff none the less. Some sets were stiffer than others but mine don't ride that rough. The intrax/eibachs ride better when going straight, but not by much. I couldn't really tell a difference between the 3 different springs until I got in the corners. at best the intrax/eibachs were slightly smoother on the highway, and it's marginal if at all. Coil overs are a lot stiffer.
Handling - I think they handle awesome. They are stiff from the get go, unlike the intrax/eibachs. The intrax/eibachs are progressive so they leave a little body roll, but the linears are stiff from the beginning. What I've noticed from the intrax at track day compared to the linears at track day was that they both handled about the same but linears seemed to have less body roll. Less body roll is a good thing. The linears with a 24/26 sway bar combo compared to the more optimal 22/26 sway bar combo the intrax had handled about the same. Both cars have quiafes, koni's and almost everything is tpr on both as well(with the exception of the car with linears had a couple stock bushings left).
Tokicos - I will say this, I would go for Koni's. The Tokicos ride nice but the adjustability of the Koni's is worth the money. Plus, the Koni's aren't really that much more expensive than the Tokico's. In fact, if you shop around like I did,you can find koni's(new in the box) cheaper than Tokico's at most places(like I did).
