I have sent a message with my order info you, numbers 2013 and 2035. If I can't get the headers and mtx catless Y pipe, please refund my money. I hope you are well, and your business resurges in the future. I've been patient, so I think I deserve a response. Good day.

Just so you don't all completely give up hope.....

I had a ridiculous wait for my tower braces.

I went through aggravating periods of zero communication.

I vented in this thread.

I ran out of patience.

And then one day..... Brian informed me they were shipped.

And then another day..... They arrived.

So it for sure took a long time but it did happen.

No, seriously though, I hope Brian gets everyone taken care of, it really sucks to be in a position like this.

Brian, Back on 1/23/08 you posted that you would refund my money that day. To date, I have gotten nothing. I have emailed all the info you need to make the payment back to my PayPal account. I need the money right now.

Jason, you may not have received it but Brian sent out an email today:

SHO Bros.Garage is temorarily closing. I will be issuing refunds as I am able. I need to re-organize before I can open again. I ask for your patience with refunds ( I know alot of you saved up for your parts ) due to the fact that I do not want to declare bancrupcy. If that happens....nobody gets anything, and I feel that would not be fair, nor the right thing to do. I apologize for any/all inconveniences this may cause.

Contact info: [email protected]

Thank you for yor buisness,

Brian

Just going by the last contact he had with me. I did not get the recent email message.
Communication has not been Brian's stong point.

This is quite amusing. In the past 24 hours I have received about a dozen e-mails from SHObros stating closing / refund explanation. The funny thing is that I have NEVER ORDERED a single item from Brian.

I suppose this is a case where confusion reigns supreme.

I wish everyone good luck at getting their money back. I just got a message from ShoBros indicating that the business is being shut down. It indicated a reorganization and the threat of bankruptcy if things get to pressured. When the only leverage a business has with its customers is the threat of bankruptcy, things have likely reached an end.

Here is what I see. ShoBros spent all the order money, and, since they are just a middleman, there is no inventory to satisfy orders or liquidate for refunds. That means Brian needs to pay all of you back out of his pocket. Now, put yourself in his position. What would you do when rent, food, utilities, etc are due? The best intentions don't always become the selected course of action.

It would be easier, but. Your Full name used for the order ( both SHO Bros and Paypal..sometimes they seem to be different ) and your order date..I'll be able to find them. But as I stated..PLEASE be patient as this may take me a while.

4th request. I know you're in a spot here so within a month would be nice. I would reccommend refunding people by the order numbers or those waiting the longest first.

Funny, I was a customer and never received any email.
