I'm the guy who posted a while back about SS delaying my orders after lying to me numerous times about the order being shipped. As the result of several instanes of parts not fitting, Tom told me that I could go out and buy the 2.5" exhaust tips myself, which I had waited months for and that he would credit my $50 each for the tips. Sounded like a fairly straight-forward plan, so I went to the local auto-zone purchased tips that fit that afternoon that I had waited six weeks for from SS. But after almost two months and four subsequent calls, I still have not received my money nor do I have the license plate frame I ordered on Feb. 7.

Basically, I was wondering what legal avenues I have if I don't get my money. Quite frankly, the money is not as important as the principle. $100 is not that much money, but the fact that SS has unrightly taken one hundred of my dollars makes me angry. So, I know that I can call the Better Business Bureau in Huntingtin Beach to complain and I guess the police as well if it comes to that. But what about the FTC? And does this count as Interstate Fraud which is a felony.

This is exactly why I deal with SHO Nut and FPN.

Good luck in getting your money back. It's too bad SHO Shop is all talk and no walk.

Mikey, adding on the install kit adds about 150 bucks. Hmm..wonder where the rest comes from. shrug

Just a side bar.... While reassembling my heads and fuel rails I called Tom because I didn't remember the exact location of the wiring harness across the block. He told me it went under the water supply pipe . bs . Guess what? I could only plug four fuel injectors in. rant
Had to dissasemble fuel rails and water manifold to fix it. That was the last straw for me.
