SHO Owners in the Portland Area?

I have just moved to Portland, OR and I want to check and see if we have any SHO spirit out here on the west coast. Looks dead around here considering there hasn't been a post in 14 days. We should have a SHO gathering. IF you are out there, give me a holler!

I'm over in Bend, have 4 Sho's ----Just a bunch Mustangfolk over here. I feel like the lone ranger in my Sho's. Let me know if you get something together, I get to Portland often. I am really looking forward to SHO convention next summer in Seattle.

I picked up a '92 green SHO in May from a dealer in Lynnwood, WA, just N. of Seattle. I live 35 miles NW of Portland (Deer Island), but work in town.

This car was a neglected mess, but I've nearly got it back in decent condition, with a few enhancements.

Yeah, we are a pretty loosely setup group... With the convention next year, we should probably formalize a little to make sure it goes well.
I know some people are already scouting hotels & such.. I have family I'll stay with up in Oly.. Not sure which sho to bring... Probably my black 89... It is the prettiest...

I've had this car since 1990 and have tried to take good care of it. I do all my own work and have learned a little (mostly by reading this forum) about these cars.

I'm thinking about keeping what I have and maybe making it better.

Might also be interested in the convention next year where I suspect I will learn even more.

If you guys get some thing together, count me in. Just bought another SHO, It was the 2007 best of SHO at the convention last summer. I just can't help it!! Is there a SHO addiction Group I should join. Something like AA!!! I am a SHO alholic and I will try to do better today than yesterday. I think it goes something like that. LOL

We have mini-get togethers to do work on cars on weekends all the time.. They are fairly impromptu... We usually have a couple meets during the summer, this last year was an exception...
You should check out the yahoo group and join the discussions there.. That is where we all post and discuss our addictions... Note the number of cars I have... You should see what Kurt & Mike have.

Yes, it covers all the way from Vancouver BC to the bay area.. A very large and diverse group.
