Well I'm on the hunt again this year I'm looking for a second generation SHO MTX car. Would love to have one low mileage andruss free with maintenance records. This seems to be impossible. I absolutely love these cars and they seem like a dying Breed. I would love to keep the passion alive and these cars keep another one on the road. I'm not interested in a project car or at least I don't think so. I'm really glad there are still people out there keeping the passion alive like you guys so let me know what's out there I have been looking for on and off 2 years now and wasted many travels on disappointing SHOs. Thank you and looking forward to seeing what's out there. I'm from Ohio but willing to travel anywhere.

Yes that's tempting but I really would have more enjoyment in the 5 speed. Thank you. I'm so ready to own a SHO I have been hunting everyday online all winter and on and off for almost 2 years. Much appreciated to all SHO owners.

Well good. Mines in project stage with the interior gutted sand dash and 60k going on under the hood. A good excuse not to get rid of it I guess.......,

It's going to be hard to find one that doesn't need work, and nice ones will come at a premium. I've got a 95 MTX, and although mechanically great, no rust, interior great, the body still needs paint. What do you consider disappointing?

If you were to consider a Gen 1, probably the lowest mile Gen 1 is supposed to come up for sale this spring (Ron Porter's car)

Yes I know it's a hard to find one in excellent shape that need nothing I'm just looking out there for no rust and under 100k miles. I think i found one I might buy on Thursday it's a 95 MTX white 70,000 miles trust free. The guy bought it off the original owner and it's near mint. $4,000 is where I'm at with it and that's ok I think. But keep the cars coming if u have anything good. Thanks again.

That sounds about right for the price based on the mileage. The last car I bought a couple of years ago was a very clean west coast 94 MTX, Green/Gray with 69000. I paid 4000 for it off of ebay.

That is a very nice car. If everything checks out, clean car fax, etc. Buy it.

I'm going to do the SHO source coil overs that there taking orders on for $1,500.00 I believe. I'm also doing some tastefully engine and exhaust and possibly next year do a turbo or SC set up from SHO source or something so I will keep this car posted with updates looking to track it this year to do a before and after mods.
