yes, a close up would be better. i want to see how straight the lines are...although...i'd probably get the paint marker instead.

yea i would just go with the paint pen it is really easy when i think about it . cause some of my lines on the decals are slanted.:oops: the one pic of the side is the paint pen .

Thanks for the pics.

It looks the sides need another coating or 2? Whats the best way to protect it from the car wash and weather?

I masked mine off with tape and newspaper, then roughed it up with a sandblaster, and hit it with wheel paint that matches the wheels. Held up for about 7 years, then started to crack n peel. I probally should have clear coated it...

mine's just the paint marker. no clearcoat or anything. and it's be good with the touchless washers and all that. it's been on for almost a year. thing is i have the marker in the console so if i ever notice wear i just touch it up. it took me like a half hour to do all three sides so surely it couldn't take more than five minutes to touch on up.

i would prb mask it off ... and clear it. then you should be set :)
