The only thread I could find on this was over 20 years old and I couldn't locate the individuals mentioned. Curious about a source for decals to fill in the door and bumper SHO lettering. I saw where Bob White and Greg Raciti were mentioned as producers, but couldn't find anything online for them anymore. Or is it best to simply tape off the letters and paint myself? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I would just tape off the area and use some quality spray paint and once it dries use some thinner to wipe off the excess. I did this years ago on a 93 that i had.

Ignore that previous post. I was replying to someone looking for a crank bolt post and opened the wrong tab to reply. Had multiple tabs open while searching part numbers.
You had me wondering, but I I've been in Dan's parts warehouse and thought to myself maybe he does have something....

Any chance you have any close-up pics of this? I think I'm following what people are saying as to how they did it, but just trying to get various ideas of what will look best. Is it just the depressed areas of the letters that gets painted? Not the full top and bottom portion of each letter, correct? Sorry - not sure if that makes sense but don't know how else to word it lol.
