I read the reviews on the Goodyears (both the 19" and 20" F1s) that come on the SHO. Surprisingly, they had very poor reviews on wet pavement and the Michelins that come with the 20" option rated rather well. That said, I'm not surprised the F1s were scary. I'm running 225 60 R18s Blizzaks for the winter and I'm real happy with them. I checked the tire sizes offered on the Nokian WR-G2s... nothing close. The Blizzaks have the exact same revs/mile as the stock Michelins.

I've got 4 of those Blizzaks on rims too from an '06 Infiniti M. They're 245/45/18 and are apparently 7% small.
2 questions:
Will they work without messing up the computers and is the bolt pattern on the Infiniti rims diff that the Ford's?

Car is coming in Feb and don't really want to foot for new winter rubber then.

Don't believe the Infiniti bolt pattern is the same as the SHO. (114.8mm) You need to verify... Good place to look is on TSW website and check both vehicles wheel specs. You also need to make wheels hub-centric as it is very unlikely that the hub is the same size. Fortunately SHO has a small hub, so is easily adaptable with hub rings.

SHO offset is 38. Depending on rim width, you may be able to use a different offset wheel. 8" can use up to 40 without inside clearance issues. (bigger # means less wheel sticking out.)

Good info, Bob. I'll check TSW.

The Infiniti bolt pattern is a 5x4.5 too, but the offset may be the issue. I can attest that my Michelins did very well in our snow storm this past weekend. And like Ron said, AWD ROCKS!!

Goodyear Eagle F1 just suck in general. They were death traps in anything but dry weather, and werent impressive at all in the dry. Same place as all the Michelen Pilot Sports that everyone is always raving about. I would rate those as the number two ********* tire I have ever had on a car.

Thanks, Sho U Up, The offset on these BSA rims is 40. I'll have to give them a trial fit when the car comes in. Still not sure on the 7% diff in circumference (smaller).
