Well I was at E Clouser's meet yesterday. Well we are eating then all of us decide to go out side, just look at everybodys car and talk. Well his son comes up to mine and says there is a noice coming from you engine. Im like what the heck. A couple guys come over and we find out that (think this is what you guys said, chime in if im wrong) one my fuel injectors is leaking. Well I drive home about an 2 and a half hour drive. Not a singe problem what so ever.
Today go to start my car up, starts up fine, drive it to work, no problems. Come home, rest for an hour cuz I have to go back out to work. No problems. Well coming home, I am coming over a hill, car bucks twice. Well im like ok, this happened once before, didnt think of it. Well I am coming down the hill, starting to go up another hill then all of a sudden my tach drops to 0, then the check engine light is on. I downshift, put some gas on but the car doesnt move. Im like are you serious. So I am up on the hill, car is stoped. Crank it over, nothing. Try it one more time, nothing. Pop the hood go outside (its raining) try to use my cell phone as a flashlight. All i smell is fuel, but dont see anything. Call my mom to come get me. Well I try to start it again, and it fires. Put it in first and go on home. On my way home drove perfect. Acted like nothing ever happend. I had a quarter tank of gas if it matters.
You guys have any idea?
