I've been patient, does anyone know how to get what they paid for with this company. I know about the back injury but I just don't get it. I paid for a dual core radiator back in June , contacted them many times and got a response about 3 weeks ago that they will take care of it . I responded that I no longer wanted the dual core radiator as I had to order it from someone else. Got it in a week from RCM. I just want some customer service from Sho Bros. So far there has only been lip service and very little of that. When I responded to his last email I asked that I have the order change to an upgrade of the rear brakes. Still no communication back from them. HELP!! I just want my money back or some merchandise. Is that to much to ask?
