Shipment of p/s pump!

There's someone that I ordered a p/s pump from and I'm trying to locate this person. Now I know I maybe in the wrong section but this is a desperate attempt to get in contact with him. And I think maybe by posting on the forum he would see this and email me back to let me know what's the status on the shipment since I'd already sent payment via paypal. I don't know his forum name but his email addee is philallemango@yahoo, maybe that will ring a bell.
But it's been two weeks now and I haven't recieved my pump so I just like if that person contact me or if anybody know this person to tell them to contact me...please. Thanks guys! frown
