My 92 MTX SHO will not shift over 4 1/2 grand. I just put this tranny in.It has brand new cluch and axles does anyone have an idea?

did u have the flywheel re-ground? How long since you last changed tranny fluid?, is the shift linkage tight?

What do you mean by "it doesn't shift?" Even without using the clutch you can "shift" gears.
