Everything you are trying right now I did when I started having those symptoms. If I can find pics of the pp after I removed it I will post pics.

That would be great if you could post them. Im just trying to exhaust the possibilities that don't require me to pull the trans again. I've had it out 3 times in the past 2 years for different reasons and was thinking I was finally finished up with it. On the bright side, if I have to pull it I can do it a whole lot quicker now than I could 2 years ago.:)

I know the feeling Jayro.

I pulled my trans to do a clutch on SHO#4 and then the shift boss broke. So I pulled it again to have Bizzy rebuild it with a new case half....Then I needed a rack so I took the subframe down again (almost a trans pull), sandblasted, painted and rebushinged everything. When I finally junked the car I pulled all that stuff and now it graces SHO #7 and is still serving me well.
