What are the subframe bushings sold on rockauto? are they all i need to replace my worn ones? I searched here and couldn't find an exact yes or no answer. They look to be one piece.

If your trying to go to stock bushings I wouldn't...go with the aluminium sfb or the gen3 sfb...the aluminium ones can be bout at shosource and the gen3 sfb can be bout at rcmautomotive.com.

The gen3 sfb are 4 of the gen3 bushings near the firewall.

bump im also looking to go stock rubber bushings...are they available at ford or? i DONT want to go aluminum. Any ideas on where i could find some. also i looked those up on rock auto 2 but im nit sure about em.

If you dont want alluminum go with the Gen 3 bushings like sho2see said. Much better option.

Go to rcmautomotive.com, then go to suspension, scroll down and you should see the gen3 bushings. I think it cost around $160 for the set. I would paste the link but I'm on my blackberry so but I gave you the info hope that helps you out.

yes, line-up the the tabs and they go right in all 4 corners.

so i just ordered the subframe bushings about 10 minutes ago and 5 minutes ago got a call back from rock auto saying that they are out of stock with the manufacturer so the order is cancelled.

Ford still carry's them? But if so wouldn't it be more money 2 get it from ford?

I paid $140 for all the bushings and they were better then the old ones I think they might have updated them.
