I was wondering how you take the secondary assy. apart to have it powder coated. I don't want to dig into and break any thing. And how do you get the TB apart for the same thing?

To disassemble the secondaries, remove the screws holding the vacuum pots on and then all the screws holding the plates. Use a ratchet(or drill) and bit driver and save some wear and tear on your wrist. You'll also have to be very careful if you intend to reuse the screws since the slot in the head tends to strip easily.

As for the TB, I'm not sure. I think the return spring assembly is press fit so you'll have to pry it off somehow. Then you can remove the plate screws and pull the shaft out.
