So what gives?

My secondaries decide to quit working after a short period of time depending on how I us them, either a little or alot. I have never seen the car throw a code or the CEL light blink. Just passed emissions with flying colors, and they didn't mention any codes. When the vehicle has a episoid, I can simple put it in N key the car off/restart and have functioning secondaries again. SO, is there a situation where the computer stops operating the secondaries untill the next keyed cycle?

Sounds like your IMRC is going bad. I'd start looking at the salvage yards for another one really. A regular Duratec 24V Taurii ne would also work, but you need to modify it to fit the SHOs valve cover. You can never have enough of these things lying around. I've replaced 3 on a friends car this past year.

I think my IMRC is begging me to throw them in the trash. Best solution is a free one.

We wired them last night. I notice no difference without them, and I think pauls right tq doesn't come on untill the computer fattens it up.

The funny thing with the stock settings is the secondary engage and the noise changes, but the car doesn't actually make the jump untill 800 rpm later at 4,000 rpm because of the fuel inrichment, and its most certainly noticable.

With them wired the power deliever is much more linear and smooth.

This is not correct. No tune is needed from just wiring open the secondaries.

Does the CE light come on due to them being wired open all the time?? I figured it would and that's why i figured a tune would make it not throw the light. Thanks for the correction stephen.

The SES(CE) light will come on the first time after you have wired them open. You clear it and then it will never come on again. There has been some good discussion here and over in V8SHO.com over the years as to what happens, what the intent of the design was, etc. Worth looking over even if you are not planning to wire them open or take them out, just for general information.
