Secondary butterfly voltage & wire colors

Help! Does anyone know what the voltage to the secondary valve should be? What color are the wires? I think the wiring was hooked up incorectly when the car was purchased. Any input is appreciated. The car is a 91 MTX with a 3.2 swapped in.
