secondaries wont open 91 sho please help

ok here it goes this car has 8000 miles on the motor its a fresh rebuild car has been running awsome after i changed the crank sensor the secondaries will not open basicly at all every once and awile the will and thats it i changed the electronic relay that the hoes go to on the back of the intake and still problems please help this car is my baby thanks mike

Actually, they're stuck open. Could be the hoses are plugged in backwards.

did you make sure the vacuum cylinder that's connected to the solenoid is on right? If it's reversed it won't work at all.

thank you all for helping i cant believe i dint catch that i have had four sho's and i dint even think of that once i unpluged the vaccume line the snaped shut and switched them and on the way to work ran all up and down on an 02 mustang so thank you
