Hi guys if you read the other thread there was some confusion of a cookout/ breakfast this weekend.

I wont be around... I would like to have a cookout soon because we need to accomplish a few things.

1. cook food because the colder weather is on its way
2. Discuss the conventions and get ideas
3. plan the rest of the year so randolph can fill the calander

August is one of the better months so the 23rd and the 30th are open for me.
the 30th might be a better one as its a long weekend and we can have it on a sunday so Chris wont have to work and so he can organize his baby shower schedules..

Id like as many as we can get other than the normal 10, that way there is no I WASNT TOLD crap in the group..

maybe you all can look over your schedules and just post a date.. I have a second option available to me as well but lets see how this works first.

Please if you only have 12lbs of air in your left rear tire and cant attend because the air pump is broken we dont have to know.. Im looking for people that can go..

Neither the 23rd nor the 30th work for me at this point. 23rd is a POSSIBILITY, but as of right now, both weekends I have family coming up

I can do the 23rd because the TCCA meet got moved to the 24th, and my brakes will be fine by then.

I do need to know like ASAP about this, so that I can tell work I need that entire weekend off and then I can work this saturday.
