You are going to have your hands full trying to swap between a 91 and a 93. I'm not aware of anyone who has done this, but you can expect to have to swap the entire dash with wiring from one to the other along with all the under-hood wiring, and you will need to re-pin or change connectors on a number of places where the dash wiring meets the chassis wiring. (The wiring between 91 and 93 are significantly different in a number of areas.)

Unless you love searching through wiring diagrams, I strongly suggest you find 2 cars of the same year to do the swap.

PS If you search for threads started by me, you will find one I started doing a similar swap, but both were Gen2 cars, and therefore much easier. However, there still were connector re-pins and connector changes required because they were not the same year.

Josh at the 'nut told me that one could simply change a few pins on the ATX harness so that a MTX EEC would work, couple of wires need to be run to accommodate the "clutch disengaged to enable starter" circuit. This was with 1995 ATXs FWIW

So, let us know if you just want to keep the 3.2 and do a MTX conversion, which might be simpler. A complete drivetrain swap including engine, see rubydist's post above..
