Search function doesn't work

I get a fatal error message when I use search function:Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in D:\xampp\htdocs\SHOFORUM\web\includes\class_core.php on line 408

Trying to do a search of "no start". So far, no luck!

If I had to guess you are using to general of a search term, and requesting to many threads be displayed. Trying being more specif in your terms.

What he said ^. If you're not specific enough, it will overload the search with results and fail.

Hi,

I'm searching for "gas cap" in "Gen 1 and Gen 2" forums.
1. Search Everything, Titles only.
2. Search threads and posts, Titles only.

I'm getting this very confusing error msg in both cases:

The search could not be completed because the search keywords were too short, too long, or too common.

===================

The search fails for "gas cap", "gas", "cap", but works for keyword "search".
The search function used to work before the latest update. Any chance to get it back ?
