Sagging seat back pockets

The elastic on the pockets on the back of the front seats has worn out causing them to hang open. This makes My back seat look like a old kangaroo pouch lol. Has anyone fixed this? Is it easy to remove the elastic and sew some new stuff in or is this the kind of thing an interior shop needs to take care of?

Edit: sorry for not actually adding anything to the thread. It seems like a seat shop should be able to take care of fairly quickly and cheaply. The "DIY" to "Let a shop do it" ratio is way off here. Seems like a s***-ton of work to do by yourself. Unless you're really handy with a needle.
