I have a 1995 SHO 3.2l and its giving me fits. First symptoms are it has had a miss ever since I got the car 2 months ago and it keeps getting worse until finally it doesn't stay running. Everytime I get on the throttle it boggs down and cuts out or stalls sometimes even backfires. So I run DTC's and get 212,215,216,217 and I replace the ignition coil still same problem the car has 100,000 miles on it so I go head and replace the crank and camshaft position sensors it improves to where I can drive it again but not fixed. Then a couple weeks ago I go to turn on my a/c and it starts missing real bad turn off a/c and back to normal idle I then notice anything electric I use in the car makes it miss so I replace the ICM still not fixed and now I can't drive at night due to lights being on making it die. So finally I am working on the car when I decided to check timing and make sure when I did the timing belt I got it right which I did but in doing so the engine idled almost perfectly but has no power due to timing being off ten degrees. but if its cold and I take the SPOUT out the idle smooths out and I can use all power acceries with no problem but still no power. Then I put the spout back in turn on a/c, headlights and rear defrost rouns hella rough but when I push to roll down the window it smoothes out so any help would be great.
Thanks
Brian

212 says the spout circuit is grounded - that is typically a wiring problem
215, 216, 217 are for coil failures.

I have seen the coil failure code when the real issue is the dis. since changing the coil didn't change your issue, I would change the dis next.

I would trace the wiring for the spout circuit and see if you don't find a chafed wire somewhere that is causing a short.
