Running Rich!!!

My check engine light keeps coming on and going off on my 94 ATX. I had someone run the codes and he told me that his scanner said that my car was running rich and that was why my check engine light was coming on. Any suggestions?

I'll put my money on the 0xygen sensors. As always, "pull the codes".

"Running rich" is not enough information to identify the problem or the cause. You should read the codes again and tell us the actual errors that were generated. Have your friend do it again or learn how here.
