Hi All,
I have a 93' ATX.
I am getting codes 173 and 177 intermittently while driving. Usually after the car warms up a bit the CE light comes on and off. I have replaced the MAF a couple times, now I have a reman one, cleaned it and reset the codes between each change. I have also replaced the TPS and still getting the same codes. I have replaced the O2 sensors somewhat recently and made sure they are plugged in all the way. I have had this problem for a while but have not really driven the car much.
I have very recently replaced the plugs as well. I am hoping to get some suggestions before I replace spark wires, fuel filter, and remove and clean the fuel injectors. Thanks!

173 is right bank rich, 177 is left bank rich.

you are likely to have one or more of the following issues:
bad plugs and/or wires
injectors that do not shut off properly
bad fuel pressure regulator
plugged air filter or other intake air restriction

I had the fuel injectors sonically cleaned and flow tested. One was running rich. I also replaced the spark plug wires, fuel filter, and replaced the fuel pressure regulator. Now I dont see the issue any more.

Most likely either the new spark plugs or cleaning of the fuel injector were the source of the problem. Thanks!
