anyone in the milwaukee area with a '91 fuel rail harness and coil pack?
my car's been missing and, to our best guess, it's the splices and possibly the coil pack on my '91 that is causing the miss

i would post this in the WTB section, but i can only pickup in the milwaukee/madison area

i got both from a junk yard...
but it still runs like sh*t
if anyone in the area can come help tonight or tomorrow, that would be GREATLY appreciated

the coil pack, DIS, fuel rail harness, main harness, plugs, plug wires, PCM, and MAF have all been replaced

my last ditch effort would be a cam sensor, but the testing of it went well... the sensor check out good today

but i guess i'm just stuck hoping and praying on my own knowledge, so cam sensor it is, and if that doesn't work, either it goes to Doug or it goes to the boneyard
i'm running out of money to keep it running, and running out of patience in hoping someone could possibly come up with an answer to the problem

I'm really sorry you are having so many issues with that car. I hope you can get it figured out soon Logan. I would hate to see it go to the scrapyard.

i would too, but i'd at least get $40 for the metal
and $40 would only pull me slightly out of my debt from the car... a nice hole of $5000 to my parents, and $1200 to the credit card company, and another 45 $64 fees from the bank

no, i got college debts on top of that when i'm 34
and god knows how many MORE cars
i already have 4 that can't go anywhere, why not add more, right?

the sunbird was 700 plus the 600 or so in parts

the lebaron was 150 plus the 2700 in parts (not including the rebuild-which may still need to be rebuilt after it's rebuilt)

the red sho was 1800 plus the 675 shipped from NY plus around 700 in parts

and finally, my black... 1800 plus the 1501 or so in parts(not including trade, wheels, or junkyard)(this is the actual spent MINUS the money received for parts)

most of that is your dad's loss though, he bought the sunbird, and the lebaron (from you)... life sucks, but work hard and youll get out of it, i know you can

im sorry, but i really dont feel sorry for you, and im hoping thats not why you post all of these big numbers, cars break, and its your choice to fix them, or send them to a mechanic, or crush them... atleast you have the help and support of this forum, not many other online forums are quite like this one, were quite unique actually

and i must ask... was:
the new shift ****, the Yamaha emblems, and the train horns part of the repair on the car, because i really don't think that a train horn would fix your ignition problem...

and i hope youre exaggerating on 45 overdraft fees, because that would put you at $3000 worth of overdrafts

no, the horns, badges, etc. are not counted into that

we tried the new cam sensor, and it still won't start
i'm thinking a bad crank sensor... but after 2 miles?!?

if anyone has a better idea, please help

i can't afford taking it to doug for at least two months
