Update:
No help from the dealer board.
However an interesting thing happened when tyring to cancel my warranty. The ESP plan people said I could either have my dealer do it or fax them a note. this would take 5-7 at which point my dealer would get the refund and then have to send it to my bank. Considering the Finance department hasn't been the best. I decided I should involve them directly so they know whats going on. Tried calling the dealer. Shock I didn't get through. I called ford Corporate, because it worked last time I couldn't reach them. The lady was very nice, she sat on hold for 10 minutes before they shunted her to some unknown voicemail. (good proof for my complaint.) Then things got interesting, we started talking about why I was cancelling and I explained, the situation why the warranty wouldn't cover things.
Then something unexpected. She recommended that I go up the leadership as far as possible, and discuss trading the car in for something else on the lot. (of course getting more the KBB for the SHO). So now Ford Customer care is advocating getting me out of the car, along with two other dealerships.
I also told her, that ive tried to find contact details for the owner. Because I wanted to let him know that ive been told by ford dealers they feel sorry for me.
Its a bad representation of his name.

TLDR: Ford customer care said is should call the GM and discuss some sort of trade for something else on the lot.

SUCCESS!!! I was able to trade the car in. I got a 2012 Volvo s60 T6 300hp, 325 ftlbs of torque awd. Not a SHO, but its way more nimble.
I had to choose from what was on the lot And it was by far the best
