Rough idle

I have a 93 atx with 135k. Everything still works great except my idle seems pretty rough. I cleaned MAF and plugs and wires are almost new. I don'nt have a code reader . While in neutral I rev up and it cuts out at 3k rpm's.
02 sensors are new. Any suggestions will be appreciated,

I have recently learned that the rev limiter is what is causing the cut out when you rev it up in nuetral or park. I thought it was a problem too just the other day. This is actually normal. What may not be normal though is it cutting out at 3k rpm. It should be cutting out more at 3900 - 4000, rpm.
