Rough idle, wants to die at cold start

My SHO is running great right now except for one thing. When I do a cold start with it (i.e. after sitting overnight, even on a nice, warm night) it will want to die unless I give it some gas. I'll have to hold the gas for 30 seconds or so and then it will just barely idle, then after a minute or so it's smooth as glass. It is running GREAT other than that, with a proper idle (after the car reaches operating temp, it seems).

Any ideas?

edit: One thing I do know about my car right now is that it's gonna need a new battery. The current one is a little weak and I'll be getting a new one ASAP.

Maybe an IAC problem. Have you checked the codes?

Yeah, forgot to mention that.. no codes, except at the very end (the injector test) it names like 3 or 4 cylinders as having issues (but the car has always given those codes from those tests.
