Romoving crank without pulling engine

Is this really possible someone said it was.
But I'm not to sure on how to do it
if its possible.

It is possible, I suppose, but it may not be worth it. You would have to remove the transmission (ATXs are a PITA), remove the crank pulley, oil pump, etc. It would almost be easier to buy a used motor and just swap it in.
