I can't keep the rubber sound isolators from breaking on my exhaust resonator. I have replaced them a bunch of times. I tried just bolting the resonator to the brackets but the noise from that in the cabin was unbearable.
Has anyone found a solution that lasts?

yep I would put on a flexpipe and also check your motor mounts to make sure the engine isn't moving to break those rubbers.
