Strut-mounted brake line/speed sensor bracket

Has anyone found a decent aftermarket solution/replacement for the bracket which manages the front brake lines and speed sensor? I haven't had either of them in some time, but I assume they bolt into the other hole on the tab midway up the strut. I'm sort of looking for a two-piece clamp, or at least that's what the solution looks like in my head, but if anyone has already solved this, please let me know.
